<div>We are now looking for a Purchasing Coordinator to join our Procurement team at our headquarters in Täby.</div>
<div>This is an operational and coordinating role with a broad purchasing scope, where you will work closely with colleagues within sales, logistics, warehouse and finance, as well as with suppliers and transport partners.<br>The role combines hands-on order handling with analysis, follow-up and planning, and plays an important part in ensuring efficient, correct and business‑driven purchasing flows.</div>

<div>Your responsibilities will include, among others:</div>
<ul>
<li>Creating, managing and following up purchase orders in our ERP system</li>
<li>Ensuring deliveries regarding time, quality and quantity</li>
<li>Maintaining ongoing and professional communication with suppliers</li>
<li>Coordinating transports and supporting efficient logistics flows</li>
<li>Handling import- and customs-related matters and documentation</li>
<li>Contributing to purchasing planning based on forecasts and sales data</li>
<li>Supporting analysis of replenishment needs, inventory levels and stock optimization</li>
<li>Following up supplier agreements, prices and cost levels</li>
<li>Contributing to purchasing- and inventory-related reporting</li>
<li>Working closely with internal stakeholders, particularly Sales, Logistics/Warehouse and Finance</li>
</ul>
<div>The role may develop over time as our business and purchasing needs evolve.</div>

<div>Required experience &amp; knowledge:</div>
<ul>
<li>Previous experience working with purchasing, logistics or order handling</li>
<li>Post-secondary education within purchasing, logistics, supply chain or equivalent work experience</li>
<li>Experience working in ERP systems</li>
<li>Good skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel</li>
<li>Fluent Swedish (C2) and good English skills, written and spoken (B2 or higher)</li>
</ul>
<div>Nice to have:</div>
<ul>
<li>Experience with customs and import handling</li>
<li>Experience within logistics, inventory management or stock optimization</li>
<li>Experience with reporting and analysis</li>
<li>Experience working in Monitor ERP and/or Power BI</li>
<li>Additional language skills such as German or Mandarin</li>
