Nous recherchons un(e) Coordinateur(trice) Administration des Ventes proactif(ve) et très organisé(e) pour rejoindre HARALD PIHL et accompagner le développement continu de nos activités sur le marché français.
Ce poste joue un rôle clé dans nos opérations clients et nos activités de chaîne d'approvisionnement. En étroite collaboration avec les Responsables Commerciaux, les Achats, la Logistique, l'Entrepôt, la Qualité et la Finance, vous contribuerez à garantir le respect des engagements pris envers nos clients, dans les délais et selon les attentes.
En prenant en charge les activités opérationnelles et administratives, vous permettrez à nos Responsables Commerciaux de se concentrer sur le développement commercial, les relations clients et la croissance de l'activité.
Ce poste combine coordination client, gestion de la chaîne logistique, suivi des flux et résolution de problématiques opérationnelles. Il constitue une excellente opportunité pour une personne qui aime être au cœur de l'activité et faire avancer les projets.
Vos missions
Vos responsabilités incluront notamment :

<li>Gérer les commandes clients depuis leur saisie jusqu'à la livraison finale</li>
<li>Suivre les plannings de livraison et assurer un pilotage proactif des commandes</li>
<li>Coordonner les communications relatives aux livraisons, retards et actions correctives</li>
<li>Gérer les contrats de livraison programmée, commandes ouvertes et programmes de stocks clients</li>
<li>Coordonner les activités opérationnelles entre les équipes Commerciales, Achats, Logistique, Entrepôt, Qualité et Finance</li>
<li>Maintenir des données fiables et à jour dans nos systèmes ERP</li>
<li>Développer de solides relations opérationnelles avec les clients et fournisseurs</li>
<li>Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus de gestion des commandes et de la chaîne d'approvisionnement</li>
<li>Veiller au respect des engagements clients en termes de délais et de qualité de service</li>

Expérience et compétences requises

About the role
 We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Sales Administration Coordinator to join HARALD PIHL and support the continued growth of our business in the French market. This role plays a key part in our customer operations and supply chain activities. Working closely with Sales Managers, Purchasing, Logistics, Warehouse, Quality and Finance, you will help ensure that customer commitments are fulfilled on time and in full. By taking ownership of operational and administrative activities, you will enable our Area Sales Managers to focus on business development, customer relationships, and commercial growth. The role combines customer coordination, supply chain management, logistics follow-up, and operational problem-solving, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being at the center of the business and driving activities forward.
What you'll do
Your responsibilities will include, among others:

<li>Managing customer orders from order entry through final delivery</li>
<li>Monitoring delivery schedules and proactively managing order progress</li>
<li>Coordinating communication regarding deliveries, delays, and corrective actions</li>
<li>Managing call-off agreements, blanket orders, and customer inventory programs</li>
<li>Coordinating operational activities between Sales, Purchasing, Logistics, Warehouse, Quality and Finance</li>
<li>Maintaining accurate data in our ERP systems</li>
<li>Building strong operational relationships with customers and suppliers</li>
<li>Driving continuous improvements within order management and supply chain processes</li>

As our business continues to grow, the role may evolve with additional responsibilities and development opportunities over time. This is a fully remote position, so it is essential that you have a suitable home working environment and are able to work effectively from home.
Who we're looking for
 Required experience &amp; knowledge

<li>Experience working in Order Management, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Operations or Commercial Support</li>
<li>Experience working in ERP systems</li>
<li>Experience managing customer orders, deliveries, and operational follow-up</li>
<li>Experience coordinating activities between multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally</li>
<li>Experience within Aerospace</li>
<li>Strong organizational and administrative skills</li>
<li>Fluent French and English, written and spoken</li>
